Job Position: Site Architect/Engineer

Job Location: Abuja

Job Responsibilities

1. Offering technical advice on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives
2. Managing sites and construction projects
3. Overseeing building works and ensuring the quality of the work
4. Setting out, levelling and surveying the site
5. Ensuring the plans, drawings and quantities are accurate for calculations
6. Supervising site security, health and safety
7. Organizing and overseeing material and human resources.
8. Managing the design documents on sites.
9. Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws
10. Reporting progress and other updates back to the superiors.
11. Planning the work efficiently and adapting to any setbacks or difficulties.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum of HND/BSC in Civil or Structural Engineering; Architecture or related fields.
2. Minimum of three years’ experience on site.
3. Professional certification is an added advantage.
