Job Position: Female Social Media Correspondent
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to Messages immediately on our platforms at all times
- Market the company’s products in a professional and convincing way when communicating with customers
- Entertain enquiries and complaints from customers
- Regularly address customers’ complaints to the appropriate quarters and ensure timely solutions are generated
- Provide daily reports to the appropriate quarters
Job Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a social media correspondent
- Adequate understanding of all our products and services (Check them on our site: mapiatea.com)
- Customer Relationship & Management
- Proficiency on the features of popular social media handles. (Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn)
- Top Notch Persuasive Marketing skills
- Willingness and readiness to swiftly respond to messages 24/7
- Conflict Resolution Skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Pro-activeness and Ability to take the initiative
- Ability to work under minimal or no supervision.
Salary
N80,000 – N150,000 monthly.
