Job Position: Marketing and Social Media Officer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop scalable content writing strategies and guidelines for the business
  2. Research ideas and facts pertinent to the subject assigned and develop this into fresh, easy-to-understand writing in English that connects with our customers and generates sales interest
  3. Develop engaging content for articles, blogs, and social media to entice and engage the audience
  4. Increase online engagement on all platforms
  5. Manage all online analytics and must be ready to present such analytics to the management
  6. Proofread content for errors or additions and ensure that content is written per guidelines established
  7. Ensure that web page content is edited properly to increase on-screen readability
  8. Copy, edit, and proofread content created by other content writers to provide detailed feedback
  9. Work with team members to ensure that content is suitable for search engine optimization (SEO).

Marketing:

  1. Participate in campaigns to drive revenue and increase brand visibility
  2. Constructively respond to clients’ inquiries on all social media platforms
  3. Report prospects, activity, and performance and feedback to concerned departments
  4. Perform other tasks assigned
  5. Assist in receiving and answering clients’ inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 2 – 3 years work experience.
