Job Position: Female Social Media / Website Correspondent

Job Location: Wuye, Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Respond to chats and orders (chats and Whatsapp) from the website phone.
  2. Update/upload products with descriptions and monitor the website.
  3. Send emails from the website
  4. Update emails from inventory
  5. Use and respond to product website modules
  6. Update prices/change on the website
  7. Place orders on the website and process orders for the entire website (Nigeria and other countries)
  8. Update order status
  9. Clear cache from the website
  10. Attend to all abandoned carts, missing orders failed, and canceled orders on the website.
  11. Review and change the status on the website and delete products that are no longer in use
  12. Creation of coupon codes
  13. Update store locator where necessary.
  14. Send push notifications for products every two days.
  15. Improve the user experience of the website regularly

Job Requirements
Candidates should possess the following:

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.
  2. Should be able to communicate effectively (written and verbally)
  3. Should be empathetic and courteous
  4. Should be social media & tech savvy
  5. Should have a Degree in Mass Communication, B.A English or any related course.
  6. Should be open to learning
  7. Familiarity with Amazon, Etsy, and 3cx software features is a plus.

Salary
N70,000 Monthly.
