Job Position: Solar System Engineer
Job Location: Wuse 2, Abuja
- As a Solar System Engineer for our client, you will play a crucial role in designing, installing, and maintaining high-quality solar energy systems. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the efficient and effective operation of solar systems, providing excellent customer service, and promoting customer referrals to the company.
- Solar System Design: Collaborate with the engineering team to design solar energy systems that meet customer requirements and local regulations.
- Installation and Maintenance:Oversee the installation of solar systems, ensuring they are set up correctly and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Quality Assurance:Ensure that all solar systems meet the highest quality standards and adhere to industry best practices.
- Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Technical Support:Offer technical support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on system operation and maintenance.
- Documentation:Maintain accurate records of system installations, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Safety Compliance:Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment and minimize risks during installations and maintenance.
- Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to solar energy systems.
- Team Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in designing, installing, and maintaining solar energy systems.
- Strong knowledge of solar panel technology, inverters, and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
