Kadick was formed in 2001 and incorporated as a private limited liability company with two shareholders – Ebikabere and Dickson Umusu. The idea behind Kadick was to provide top notch distribution and delivery services for fast moving consumer goods across Nigeria. Over the intervening years, Kadick has been able to create and develop robust delivery channels and structures that ride on technology to successfully meet customer expectations. The company currently operates from three states and over fifty outlets. In addition, we have diversified into other services such as Financial Inclusion, procurements for the government, development and provision of IT solutions for SMEs, construction and maintenance of buildings, provision of business process structuring and re-engineering services, etc.

Job Position: State Supervisor

Job Location: Lagos

Job Brief

  • The State Supervisor will be in charge of selling our Agency Banking services/products to prospective and existing customers.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Build contacts with existing KadickMoni agents to create relationships for business growth.
  2. Monitors agent’s performance and ensures they are active on the KadickMoni platform.
  3. Identifies and resolves agent’s issues and complaints.
  4. Prospects and on-boards new agents.
  5. Provide support to new and existing agents.
  6. Create, implement and manage agent recruitment and on-boarding initiatives.
  7. Ensure Agent Retention and Activity.
  8. Resolution of Requests and Disputes.
  9. Create Marketing Drives and Brand Awareness.
  10. Monitor performance and deliver targets.
  11. Write and submit activity reports.
  12. Recruits Field Marshals (foot soldiers) for every LGA to assist with the recruitment/relationship management.
  13. Be responsible and accountable for the FM.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience.

Skills:

  1. Communication skills – Candidate must display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Customer service skills – In order to meet customers’ needs, Candidate must have advanced customer service skills.
  3. Organizationskills – Candidate needs to be organized at all times. This way, they’ll be able to keep track of budgets, expense reports.
  4. Financial skills – Candidate must understand and analyze the various financial documents under their care.
  5. Aggressiveness – candidate must possess this skill to deliver and surpass expectations.
  6. Can do attitude.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly
