Job Position: Store Sales Officer

Locations: Abuja and Lagos

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Be knowledgeable about the product
  2. Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
  3. Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
  4. Answer questions about the products
  5. Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
  6. Cross-sell products
  7. Ensure racks are fully stocked
  8. Manage returns of merchandise
  9. Inform customers about discounts and special offers
  10. Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
  11. Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Job Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 years of work experience.
  2. Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
  3. Understanding of the retail sales process
  4. Must be Female.
  5. Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
  6. Basic math skills
  7. Track record of achieving sales quotas
  8. Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.

Salary

  • N50,000 – N100,000 monthly.
