Job Position: Subscription Executive
Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Generate revenue from marketing and selling digital subscription to entrepreneurs, would-be entrepreneurs and transiting entrepreneurs.
- Prospect digital subscription on social media, telephone, email and one-on-one interactions with existing and potential subscribers.
- Analyze subscribers data to identify ways to increase subscribers and minimize risk of cancellations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing subscribers to expand new business opportunities.
- Contact potential subscribers to establish a business relationship with them.
- Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc / BA in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Experience within a Subscription / Membership sales environment is preferred, but not essential.
- Previous experience of – and a relish for business-to-consumer and business-to-business sales (Minimum of 2 years).
- Face to face and institutional sales experience is essential.
- Proven experience of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales target.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-urgency sales environment.
- Energy, positivity and a personable, customer-focused style.
- Proven ability to build and develop relationships both internally and externally.
- Clear understanding of the end to end sales process.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proven persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Must take initiative and be a self-starter.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Strong experience in relationship building.
- Positive, can-do, hands on approach when faced with challenges to succeed.
- Preferably living within Surulere and its axis.
