Job Position: Tech Support Officer
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
- Set-up user accounts on the application and onboard new users.
- Real-time transaction monitoring on web and mobile applications.
- Reconcile and report weekly transaction data
- Maintain real-time transaction data dashboard.
- Communicate with end users/system administrators/solution integrators via phone, email, and/or chat to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot their needs, as well as set expectations and deliver guidance on resolving the issue.
- Apply technical knowledge relevant to the solution using technical documentation and guidance from team members, technical leads, and subject matter experts to research and identify appropriate remediation steps.
- Deploy updates on the application
- Train users and managers on application usage.
- Minimum of the first-degree in computer science/engineering or related field.
- 2-3 years work experience.
- Familiarity with dashboards and reports.
- Knowledge of the Insurance Industry will be an advantage.
- Experience dealing with 3rd party service providers.
- Ability to write basic and complex SQL scripts.
- Experience with Power Apps an advantage.
- Understanding of Terminal Management System.
- Ability to review and interpret logs.
- Advance knowledge in using and setting up real-time monitoring tools.
