Job Position: Tech Support Officer

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Set-up user accounts on the application and onboard new users.
  2. Real-time transaction monitoring on web and mobile applications.
  3. Reconcile and report weekly transaction data
  4. Maintain real-time transaction data dashboard.
  5. Communicate with end users/system administrators/solution integrators via phone, email, and/or chat to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot their needs, as well as set expectations and deliver guidance on resolving the issue.
  6. Apply technical knowledge relevant to the solution using technical documentation and guidance from team members, technical leads, and subject matter experts to research and identify appropriate remediation steps.
  7. Deploy updates on the application
  8. Train users and managers on application usage.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of the first-degree in computer science/engineering or related field.
  • 2-3 years work experience.
  • Familiarity with dashboards and reports.
  • Knowledge of the Insurance Industry will be an advantage.
  • Experience dealing with 3rd party service providers.
  • Ability to write basic and complex SQL scripts.
  • Experience with Power Apps an advantage.
  • Understanding of Terminal Management System.
  • Ability to review and interpret logs.
  • Advance knowledge in using and setting up real-time monitoring tools.
