- The Technical Sales Engineer will work closely with our sales and engineering teams to understand customer needs, provide technical expertise, and deliver customised solutions.
- This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and technical solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to provide informed technical guidance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits.
- Engage with customers to assess their technical needs and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Create technical proposals and documentation for customised solutions.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure proposed solutions align with technical feasibility.
- Provide training and support to sales team members to enhance their technical understanding.
- Assist in the development of sales collateral and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of proposed solutions.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and internal stakeholders to address technical concerns.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitive offerings.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and industry trends.
