Job Responsibilities

  1. Deliver scripted sales pitch to the client and adjust script in line with company standard to meet the needs of specific individuals.
  2. Obtain the necessary customer information and record details of client’s responses and reactions to services offered.
  3. Handle customer questions in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Schedule/ book client for appointment to attend sales presentations and meet with the sales team.
  5. Contact customers to follow up based on previous discussion and reactions.

Job Requirements

  1. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  2. At least 1 year relevant work experience in sales, marketing or telemarketing.
  3. Product knowledge.
