Job Position: Training Coordinator

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description
The Training Coordinator will:

  1. Map out annual training plans for management, HR, customer support and more
  2. Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house)
  3. Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
  4. Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  5. Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Education.
  2. At least 2 years of proven experience as a training executive, manager (experience in an consulting/outsourcing firm will be added advantage).
  3. Must be smart and young.
  4. A good knowledge of Learning Management systems.
