Job Position: Travel Consultant

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

1. The travel consultant should be able to book tickets, reserve accommodation and organize rental transportation
2. Research destination and travel prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc
3. Be able to determine client’s need and recommend suitable travel packages
4. Supply clients with necessary information and useful travel materials
5. Create and update all client’s records
6. Maintain a working relationship between the company and clients
7. Promote all services of the company to clients
8. Continuous learning about latest industry / tourism trends

Job Requirements

1. A Bachelor’s Degree or HND is required
2. Minimum of 2 years proven experience in related field
3. Good attention to details
4. Content creation and social media management
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Knowledge in customer service
