Job Title: Truck Driver

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Drive long distances to deliver goods to customers.
  2. Load and unload cargo.
  3. Record cargo deliveries.
  4. Refuel and clean vehicle.
  5. Report road incidents to the dispatcher.
  6. Follow traffic laws.
  7. Inspect trucks and record issues.
  8. Follow accident procedures.
  9. Keep an activities log and log hours.
  10. Report mechanical problems to maintenance personnel.
  11. Plan routes using a GPS system.
  12. Get goods to the client on time.
  13. Maintain a positive attitude with customers.
  14. Keep commercial driver license up to date.

Job Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
  2. Must have up to 4 years of experience as a truck driver.
  3. Must have driven a Scania 2737, Whiteman diesel trailer.
