Job Position: Videographer

Job Location: Area II Garki, Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  1. We are looking for a talented Videographer to record shoots and assemble footage into a finished project that matches the director’s vision and is suitable for broadcasting.
  2. Ultimately, as a Videographer, you should be able to bring sight and sound together to tell a cohesive story.
  3. Capture studio-quality photographs and video
  4. Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing
  5. Edit videos in a way that is invisible to the audience
  6. Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the shoot
  7. Ensure logical sequencing of videos and smooth running
  8. Inserting closed captioning graphics and other on-screen text (subtitle, alt text) into a video
  9. Add computer graphics, music, and special effects to a video
  10. Follow the company’s brand guidelines
  11. Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy
  12. Design graphics content for S.M posts and marketing materials
  13. Design creative content for advertisements, brochures, or magazines
  14. Upload video content on S.M handles, YouTube shorts
  15. Plan digital campaigns to boost visibility
  16. Manage engagements on S.M handles
  17. Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
  18. Analyze the digital marketing plan and social media strategy
  19. Set KPIs for a digital campaign and measure performance against the KPIs
  20. Double as S.M manager and graphics designer

Job Requirements 

  1. Proven work experience as a Videographer
  2. Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut)
  3. Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
  4. Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing
  5. Creative mind and storytelling skills
  6. Knowledge and a good understanding of motion graphics
  7. Framing and shot composition.
  8. Skilled in lighting and sound alignment
  9. Skilled in focus, exposure, and angles.
  10. Shooting primary footage, background footage, and live feed
  11. Marketing & advertising graphic design
  12.  Applicants must reside in FCT – Abuja

Salary
N109,000 / Month.
